Dementia-friendly Alton arrive at the Ballroom

Funded and supported by Alton Town Council, the local dementia support group has moved into the Alton Assembly Rooms

With the flexible space now available and greater opportunity to collaborate with a host of community partners, the support programme for people living with dementia and their carers will run from Monday to Friday from 10.00 – 16.30. A range of early evening sessions will also be introduced, to increase options available for all.

Local residents are encouraged to pop in and have a look at the new facilities and comprehensive service on offer.
